Damon Neagle

Damon has over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including patent, copyright and trademark prosecution, trade dress and unfair competition, licensing of IP assets, IP opinions, IP portfolio strategies and management, and IP litigation. He represents clients in wide variety of technologies, both in the U.S. and abroad, through our firm’s network of foreign associates.
Areas of technology in which Damon has experience include: bio-fuel production, cable television networks, computer hardware, consumer electronics (including mobile phones), construction equipment, composites, cryogenics, electroplating, financial transaction systems, firearms, furniture, games and puzzles, industrial burners and furnaces, industrial gas production, internet-based business methods, Li-ion battery technology, medical devices, optics (including helmet-mounted displays and night vision systems), solar heating systems, sporting goods, steelmaking waste reclamation, and textile manufacturing.
Damon also has extensive expertise in design patent law. Over the course of his career, he has prosecuted hundreds of design patent applications in the U.S. and abroad and has advised several Fortune 500 companies on design patent issues.
